DTCA has a database of experts and institutions which it will utilize in its operations and is in the continuous process of updating it for effective utilization of our available resources in this regard.
The Directorate shall collaborate with relevant Ministries especially the Ministries of Education; Science and Technology; Industries; Universities; Research Institutions; African Bureau of UNDP; International Atomic Energy Agency; OAU; ADB; ECOWAS and other UN Agencies like WIPO; ECA; FAO; UNESCO etc. as at when necessary.
